 Life coaching is a partnership between you and a trained professional (your coach) focused on helping you identify and achieve your personal and professional goals. It's about looking forward, clarifying what you want, overcoming obstacles, and developing strategies to create the life you desire. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on the past to heal emotional wounds, coaching is action-oriented and future-focused. 


Therapy often focuses on mental health, emotional healing, and understanding past experiences. Coaching focuses on present goals, future growth, and practical steps forward.

Simply put, therapy often helps you understand why you feel stuck, while coaching helps you decide how to move forward.


 Anyone who is ready to make positive changes in their life! Clients often seek coaching for:

  • Career transitions or advancement
  • Improving relationships
  • Boosting confidence and self-esteem
  • Achieving better work-life balance
  • Developing new habits or breaking old ones
  • Setting and achieving personal goals
  • Overcoming procrastination

 Sessions are typically conducted virtually (phone or video call) or in person. Each session is unique, but generally, you can expect:

A confidential and supportive environment.
Discussion of your current challenges, goals, and desired outcomes.
Thought-provoking questions to help you gain clarity and new perspectives.
Collaborative goal-setting and action planning.
Accountability and encouragement.
Assignments or exercises to complete between sessions to reinforce learning and progress. 


Most clients opt for weekly or bi-weekly sessions to maintain momentum and consistent progress. We can tailor the frequency to best suit your schedule and goals. 


 The duration varies depending on your individual goals and needs. Some clients achieve their objectives in a few months (e.g., 3-6 months), while others prefer ongoing support for longer-term growth. We'll discuss a recommended timeframe during your initial consultation.

I have developed my own powerful framework: The DERA Process (Discover, Experiment, Reflect, and Align/Adjust). Built on a foundation of profound empathy and active empowerment, DERA is your roadmap to achieving greater fulfillment, resolving persistent challenges, and discovering your unique purpose. 
It's important to understand that my approach differs from traditional counseling or therapy. While those disciplines often delve into past experiences, DERA focuses on your present reality and future aspirations. I act as your guide, partnering with you on a dynamic journey of self-discovery and positive change. All of this built on a foundation of Christian principles
 


Absolutely. All our discussions and your personal information are kept strictly confidential, in accordance with professional coaching ethics. 


Fees are dependent on the type of coaching package or course you wanting to take, all explained when you schedule a discovery call with me.   And yes, I do provide payment plans for most of my services.
